Join us for a cocktail masterclass in the trendy basement bar of Sant Yago, in a new series of events called ‘Make Cocktails Like a Pro’!
A welcome cocktail of one Sant Yago’s most popular house cocktails, ‘Stuck in a Rut’ will be served on arrival; this is made with peach, cassis, apple and soda. The bartenders will then introduce the cocktails and spirits used for each cocktail being made, they will also demonstrate how they are made, before guiding all guests through making the following two cocktails; Bramble and a Whiskey Sour cocktail. Each person attending will leave with their own recipe card with instructions on how to make each cocktail at home.
Nibbles will be provided for everyone; this includes olives, corn ribs, homemade smoked paprika crisps and chilli rice bites.
